Originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho Captain Nick got an early start sailing with his father on lake Coeur d’Alene. Once the sailing bug got him he was hooked and at the age of 19 turned his love for the water into a career. Chef Amy truly embraced sailing life too and prefers the warm Caribbean climate to her beautiful, but chilly home state Minnesota. She brings her skills as a world class bartender and amazing cook on board Heavenly and enjoys creating amazing memories for her guests over and over again. Captain Ed was raised on Long Island’s South Shore. As a USCG-licensed Master Captain his extensive experience spans private and charter yachts, navigating waters from the U.S. East Coast to the Bahamas, Virgin Islands, and the South Pacific. Raised in Arkansas and Long Island, Chef Desiree’s diverse background, here Puerto Rican and Italian heritage, and her worldwide travels influence her healthy, flavorful meals. Crew: Johnny & Daryl
Born and raised on the Atlantic seaboard of the US, Capt. Johnny has always had a fascination with sailing, pirates, and all things nautical. Daryl made a full time career as a chef including his role as Executive Chef of Savant, a consistent top 10 restaurant in the Caribbean where many famous celebrities frequent and even the current POTUS. He enjoys trolling with a couple of lines out to see what fresh catch he can bring in for guests and whip up some fresh tuna poke or mahi ceviche. Born and raised in Reading, Massachusetts, just outside Boston, Derek’s early years were filled with outdoor adventures and sports. Ursula’s love for food started during her childhood on her family’s farm in rural Quebec. Her parents taught her the art of farm-to-table cooking, and she learned valuable culinary skills like cheese-making, butter-churning, and gardening.
